The annual GMC Photo Contest is open to anyone attending a week of the General Mountaineering Camp. Participants, artists, volunteers, and guides can submit their photos for a chance to win some very nice prizes from our sponsor Mountain Hardwear.

Summit Bid 2024

Since our inception more than 116 years ago, the ACC has been deeply committed to defining responsible outdoor leadership, shaping meaningful mountain culture, and advocating for the preservation of Canada’s mountain environment. Auction bids directly fund this continuing legacy and we thank you for your support!
This year’s auction will raise money to support ACC Sustainable Energy Projects and the ACMG’s Simon Parboosingh Assistance Fund. Learn more about the 2024 Summit Bid Auction.

MEC x ACC Mountain Speaker Series 2024

Join us for an evening celebrating mountain culture and storytelling at five MEC locations across Canada featuring presentations from Canadian Alpine Journal contributors. MEC locations in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver are hosting speakers from across Canada – the evening will include prizes, silent auctions and drinks by donation. Everyone is welcome!
