The ACC operates Shadow Lake Lodge, a backcountry lodge with a newly updated operating model that aligns with how ACC huts are managed and used. Shadow Lake Lodge features private sleeping cabins, an industrial-style communal kitchen, and shared common areas. Shadow Lake Lodge is located 14km from the Redearth Creek trailhead off of the Trans-Canada highway, about 40km north of the Banff townsite.
