Alpine Club of Canada
The ACC is non-profit organization established in 1906. We have been promoting mountaineering, fostering a sense of adventure, and advocating for the protection of the alpine environment for over a century.
To bring together, and give voice to, Canada's mountaineering community.
Our club creates meaningful connections, enriches lives, and protects our natural spaces. As our community’s needs and interests evolve, we’re committed to evolving with them. Together, we provide alpine explorers with affordable, responsible wilderness adventures while caring for and expanding North America’s largest system of backcountry huts. Our network of talented volunteers and leaders helps us celebrate our mountain heritage and advocate for environmental protection.
