Ski Week Lottery Information

Overview

• Ski Week lotteries run once annually, usually in the spring.
• Lottery entries are $20 per entry.
• Lottery applications are accepted only for the weeks shown during the application process, though additional weeks may be added during the application period.

Application Process

• During the lottery application period, an applicant may purchase as many entries as they’d like.
• When the lottery closes, winners are selected for each week and contacted.

Selection & Booking

• The selected winner will have the opportunity to book and confirm their week.
• Winners must have an active ACC Membership to secure the booking.
• If a winner declines their week, it will be offered to the next runner-up.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of acceptance to secure the booking.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure.
• All payments must be made in one transaction. Partial payments are not accepted.

Trip Details

• Booking rates cover an exclusive 7-night hut booking (maximum capacity of 15), return flights, and taxes.
• Helicopter travel days are Saturdays, with departures from Golden, BC (Fairy Meadow Hut) and Nelson, BC (Kokanee Glacier Cabin).
• Maximum baggage weight per person is 100lbs. Additional helicopter flights required for excess baggage will incur charges.

Policies

• All payments for ski weeks are 100% non-refundable once processed.
• The ACC does not refund or discount bookings due to weather, flight delays, or other situations beyond their control.
• Dates are non-transferable.
• The ACC reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice in case of late payments.
