Saskatchewan

Originally formed in 1921, the Saskatchewan Section closed in 1946 and was re-formed in 1995. The Section goal is to fill the alpine needs of enthusiasts living hours away from anything remotely vertical.

Membership Rates

A $5 discount on the above rates will apply if a Section Membership is purchased at the same time as a National Membership. 

Huts And Other Activities

The Section offers training, a growing trip schedule, a section newsletter The Prairie Pitch, members swap ‘n shop, social activities and the companionship of people willing to drive many hours to the mountains, even just for a weekend. Members are interested in a full range of outdoor activities from cooking, mountaineering, biking, hiking, rock and ice climbing, and canoeing, to 8000m Himalayan expeditions.

Meetings and Socials
