| With over 700 members, the Calgary section is one of the largest sections of the ACC. The section offers mountaineering trips of all kinds, (backcountry skiing, ice climbing, rock climbing, and alpine climbing). We also subsidize weekend courses throughout the year covering the full range of mountaineering skills. The Calgary section is very involved in regional access and environment issues, primarily focussed on the Bow Valley, the National Parks, and Kananaskis Country, and the section offers a chance to meet other individuals with similar interests. For more information, send email to acccalgary@hotmail.com. |
